Please read the following Terms And Conditions carefully before using our website and products.
Cut-Off Time & Processing Time
Our cut-off time is at 12.00 pm. Any payments made after the cut-off time will be considered as the next day's order.
Order Tracking Number
The Order Tracking Number will be ready in your account after 5.00 pm. If you can't track the number, please try again the next day morning/ afternoon.
To track your shipment, please follow the steps below:

Order Not Delivered
Kindly note that someone needs to be at the given address to acknowledge the parcel. If your parcel cannot be delivered, you will need to collect it yourself at their branch office. This is a very standard procedure and normally you will be given 7 working days to collect your parcel. Please bring along your shipment tracking number if you need to self collect your parcel.
To avoid any inconveniences, please ensure that you are available to acknowledge the parcel during the delivery.
Did Not Receive the Parcel
Please do let us know if you have not received your goods after 3 working days. We will be most happy to help you track it.
※ Please understand that the courier companies in Malaysia handle a lot of parcels/ shipments everyday. They do not work for you alone, so be reasonable and patient when there is a delay.
Product Unavailability (Out Of Stock)
If any product is out of stock, our customer service will notify you immediately.
We will advice you on how to get a refund, exchanging it for other products or waiting for new stocks to be replenished.
Your order is valid for 48 hours only. We will cancel your order if we do not receive any update or payment from you.
Fee On Returned Parcel Due To Non Acknowledgement
If your parcel is returned due to non collection/acknowledgement, we do charge a FEE of RM10.00 for re-shipping or cancellation of order.
Return or Exchange Policy (Shipped out)
All products will be checked in advance to ensure that they are in perfect condition before we send it out.
Goods sold are non-returnable or exchangeable. We are unable to offer an exchange or return of products on sex toys due to health & hygiene reasons. Kindly choose well before you buy.
Refund Charges - Payment gateway only (Pending ship out)
If the order hasn't been shipped out, you are allowed to request for a refund. There is a 3% penalty charged for the refund.
Refund date will be the last business day of the month.
All excess payment below RM30.00 will not be refunded. Instead, we will maintain this excess payment as a credit against your next order.
